In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth, and he has made mankind in his image. His creation was beautiful, diverse, complex, and awesome. Being made in his image, the work that we do ought to reflect his creative image. Therefore we seek to instill creative excellence in all areas of life and ministry. This applies across a vast spectrum, from the regular creative work that happens in our community (our unique vocations, our artistic endeavors, our musical and written works) to the ways in which we craft new approaches to our community and seek to answer age old questions with words and actions that are unique to our present cultural context.
